This site is dedicated to celebrating motherhood, so when Mother’s Day rolls around, I’ve just got to pull out the stops for all the great mothers out there. This year my friend Kendra of Belleza Mia Jewelry has agreed to give away 2 pairs of her lovely Defying Gravity Antique Brass earrings to 2 lucky mamas.
Now, here’s the fun part:
You don’t enter you in this giveaway.
You enter the mamas you know that are truly special or that deserve a nice surprise.
You can submit as many nominations as you want – just leave separate comments with the name of whomever you are nominating and the reason why that mom (or mom-to-be) is so wonderful. Pennies for Penny
I’ve got another giveaway to promote this week, but it is far more than just a giveaway…
No mother can stand to see her baby suffer. I talk to a lot of moms and all of us agree that it’s just as hard on us watching our baby get shots, or tests done, or even be sick.

Last week I posted a little story about David Archuleta going to visit the assisted living center where my grandmother lives. I intended it to be a little story about service and anticipated that maybe my dad would read it.
